01Product build

Built and shipped a production TMS for a multi-client 3PL

Designed, built and deployed a Transport Management System end to end with no prior engineering background, using AI-assisted development. Took it from concept to production across 4 branches and 13 users.

Problem: A 29-client logistics operation ran on manual data entry and spreadsheets, creating billing errors and no shared view of job or revenue data.
Approach: Scoped requirements from live operations, built a role-based system (staff / admin / partner) with job entry, invoicing, vendor billing and performance reporting, then ran phased branch-by-branch rollout.
Results: Eliminated ~3 hours of manual data entry daily; improved data accuracy 27% post-launch; caught a billing error worth Rs 1.24L in a single month; onboarded 13 employees across 4 branches with under 2 weeks per branch and no disruption to operations.
Insight: Ship to one branch, prove the workflow, then scale — phased rollout beat a big-bang launch.
